ABOUT AMG:

Alpha Music Group was created to fill a void in the music business. Founded in 2003, our original vision was to assist mid-level artists get to the next step via Independent A & R demo shopping and record label showcases.  Today, AMG is a full-scale Artist Management and Artist Development firm. 

 
AMG is engaged in the occupation of advising and counseling talent in the entertainment industry. We have the expertise to discover and develop new talent and create opportunities for those artists which we represent.  AMG act as a liaison between our clients and agents, others in the entertainment industry, and the general public.
 
We have experience in the many facets of the entertainment field.  We agree to use this specialized knowledge to guide, advance, and promote the careers of ar clients who retain our professional artist development services and those artists who are under management.
 
Managing, developing, and accelerating the careers of our Artists with integrity is our core focus.  We work and strictly abide by the Music Management Code of Ethics. 
   
As your personal manager, or music career consultant, we recognize the demands from the music industry on independent artists. We work to break through the barriers of frustration and difficulty so often encountered by indie artists and bands in the entertainment industry.
 
One of AMG's core functions is Independent A & R. We work with Independent Artists who feel they want a record deal with an indie or major record label.  A & R Services are what we do on a day to day basis for our artists under development.  Over the years, we have found that there are many unsigned artists out there ...  MANY .... who are really in need of A&R Services but have found that it's not easy to get a bonafide artist management or development firm interested and committed to cultivating their talent. Without professional marketing, public relations, music promotion, concert exposure, and access to music industry professionals with the power to make it happen - the artist who is hoping to get a record deal, may find their career at a stand still.
